What we do

We don't have a fixed menu.

Every engagement starts with understanding what's actually slowing you down and what would be worth building. That said, most of what we do falls into a few areas.

01Build

Product Development (0 to Launch)

You have an idea for a piece of software — a customer-facing app, an internal platform, a tool for your team — and you need someone to own the entire build.

We handle everything from scoping and architecture through to deployment and handover. The result is a working, maintainable product, not a prototype that needs a second developer to finish. We've built and shipped iOS apps, web platforms, and internal SaaS tools.

↳ A fit if

you have a product concept and need a technical co-founder type — without the equity conversation.

02Tooling

Internal Tooling and Automation

Most business inefficiency doesn't come from bad people — it comes from tools that weren't designed for how the business actually runs today.

We build internal dashboards, admin panels, reporting tools, and workflow automations tailored to your operation. Not generic software you have to adapt to — something built around how your team works.

↳ A fit if

your team uses too many spreadsheets, things fall through the cracks, or you spend too much time on tasks that feel like a computer should be doing them.

03AI

AI and Intelligent Automation

AI is genuinely useful in the right situations, and overhyped in others. We can tell the difference.

Where it makes sense, we build real implementations: document processing, automated responses, AI-assisted workflows, internal knowledge tools, smart data extraction. We use the right tool for the job — which sometimes means a simple automation, and sometimes means a proper language model integration.

↳ A fit if

you're curious about AI but don't want to be sold a solution that doesn't actually work.

04Integration

Systems Integration and Data Pipelines

Most businesses run on 3–8 separate tools that don't share data with each other. The cost is usually invisible until you go looking.

We connect your existing systems, set up data pipelines that keep things in sync, and build the reporting layer that lets you see what's actually happening in the business. This often uncovers more value than building something new.

↳ A fit if

you export CSVs to move data between systems, your reporting is manual, or your team is doing data entry that should be automatic.

05Advisory

Tech Advisory (the “second opinion” engagement)

Sometimes you just need someone who knows what they're talking about to review a quote, sanity-check an architecture, or help you make a technical decision you can't easily undo.

We offer short, focused engagements for exactly this: reviewing proposals from other developers, defining scope before you go to market, or simply answering “is this a good idea and what would it cost to do properly?”

↳ A fit if

you've received a large technical quote and something feels off, or you're about to make a technical commitment you're not fully confident in.

How we work

Project-based, never retainers.

Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation — free, no obligation — where we figure out what you actually need and whether it's a good fit. You get a fixed scope before any money changes hands.

Start with a conversation.

No forms to fill, no deck to sit through. Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
